We transact directly on BSE StAR MF, the exchange’s mutual fund platform, as member 64424. No third-party aggregator or white-label platform sits between you and the fund house.

Any fund list, category split or projection shown here is general information and a mechanical selection rule — not advice tailored to your circumstances.

GoalZen Capital separately holds SEBI Research Analyst registration INH000013448. That research service is operated separately from this distribution platform, with separate client consent, as SEBI requires. Nothing published under the research licence should be read as a recommendation to transact here, and nothing here is advice.

We earn commission and trail from the asset management companies whose schemes you invest in. You pay GoalFi nothing directly — there is no account fee, platform fee or transaction charge from us.

This platform offers regular plans, which carry distributor commission built into the scheme’s expense ratio. Direct plans of the same schemes have a lower expense ratio and pay no commission; they are available directly from the AMC or through SEBI-registered investment advisers. You should know this before you invest.

Commission rates differ between schemes and fund houses. That creates a conflict of interest which we disclose rather than deny: a distributor earns more on some schemes than others.

As an investor transacting through an AMFI-registered distributor, you are entitled to:

• Transparent disclosure of our ARN, and of the commission arrangement above.
• Execution of your instructions without alteration, and confirmation of every order.
• Access to scheme documents — the Scheme Information Document, Key Information Memorandum and Statement of Additional Information — before you invest.
• Units held in your own name with the fund house’s registrar, under your PAN.
• Freedom to stop, pause or redeem at any time, subject only to the scheme’s own terms.
• Redressal of grievances within 30 days, with escalation routes below.
• Protection of your personal data, and refusal of any request to share your credentials.

If you are not satisfied, escalate in this order:

1. The asset management company concerned, and its registrar.
2. AMFI — the industry body that issues our ARN.
3. SEBI SCORES — scores.sebi.gov.in, the regulator’s complaint redressal system.
4. SMART ODR — smartodr.in, for online dispute resolution once other routes are exhausted.

We collect only what is needed to open your folio and place your orders: your mobile number, PAN, name, date of birth, address, bank account and nominee. This is a requirement of SEBI’s KYC rules, not a choice we make.

We never store your Aadhaar number. Where Aadhaar-based verification is used, it happens on the exchange’s or the KRA’s own systems and we receive only the outcome.

Personal data is held in an access-controlled store, separate from our analytics systems, and is shared only with the exchange, the fund houses and their registrars for the purpose of executing your instructions. We do not sell it. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data by writing to the address above — subject to the record-keeping periods our regulators require.

We will never ask for your UPI PIN, net-banking password or any OTP. No GoalFi representative has a reason to know them.
